It looks like brothers Rajat & Jayant don't give up easily. Several days after they were forced to pull their Scrabulous app from Facebook, they introduced a new app called WordScraper.

Scrabulous fans will notice a similar, well-loved interface. The board and tiles are different, but game play looks to be the same. I just started a game, but I can't quite figure out the scoring. The tiles do not appear to hold unique numerical points.

Myself and thousands of other Facebook users logged in this morning to check on their Scrabulous games only to find that the app has been removed for all US and Canadian users.

I saw the writing on the wall for Scrabulous once Hasbro and Electronic Arts created their own Scrabble Facebook app, which coincidentally wasn't working this morning when I tried to add it.
