Drupal Tutorial: Install Drupal on Fatcow Webhost

All of my sites are built using the Drupal Content Management System. It's a free, powerful, open source solution to building dynamic websites. Over the years, I've experimented with many different web hosts, but have come back to Fatcow.com mainly because it's cheap. Recently Fatcow has made some changes which allow one to install as many drupal sites as you wish to one hosting account.

Why I like Drupal

in

I’m not a web developer and that’s why I like the Drupal content management system so much. Drupal allows you to build Web sites (like this blog) that do things that you have no idea how to do unless you know how to code, which I don't.

Here’s a perfect example: I’m riding in a charity bike ride this summer and I thought it would be neat to allow people who donated to the cause to see exclusive content that other people couldn’t see.

Free(ish) cron job service

For some reason, I could never get the cron jobs feature setup from Fatcow.com, my Web hosting company. This morning, I decided to look around and see if there was any free con job services out there.
