The Tour de France is about halfway through, but you can still catch the action live.
If you want to catch live video, FromSport.com offers a number of choices. The Eurosport Live channel is my favorite. The commentators are knowledgeable and funny and they answer questions sent in by viewers.
Yahoo! Eurosport has a very nice live coverage page. It doesn't have video, but you can follow the action from an animated interface that shows the peloton and any breakaways and chase groups. the neat part about it is that you can click on the individual riders and see a little bio. There's also a live chat commentary.
